Today, I was having a 'nothing is going the way I planned' day. I wasn't quite frustrated and upset yet but close. I stopped into this store to buy something to get change. I reached the door, and before I got inside, I was greeted by a young lady with a beautiful smile. That improved my mood tremendously. As this lady served me, she was smiling the whole time talking to me. My thoughts wandered to think to myself, she's only a small built woman (I call them pocket rockets), and she reminded me of my eldest daughter when she had a million watt smile. I noticed her name was Katie, and I hope she see's this review, so she knows she made my day, and it improved my day. Even her parting words were so nice. She is an asset to BP. Keep smiling, Katie, as a smile can make someone feel so much better.

I was just there in the early hours of Monday morning and was served by a very helpful lady. Always nice to get good service. A credit to your store , both friendly and pleasant.I should have got her name as she earned the 5 stars .Thanks to her anyway ..

By mistake I put this address on 2 products I bought, is it possible to receive them and then I can pick them up, I can no longer change the address. Please

Worst bloody experience I have ever had. Had to wait 20 minutes for the attendant to wake up so I can get my fuel just to have to deal with her rude as attitude. Burnt my coffee and forgot to add sugar just to top it all off.

Worst experience. I am regular customer I came at 09:38 pm. The lady was very rude. You to improve your customer service.

Decided to stop for an early coffee as was greeted by one of, if not, the friendliest people I have ever met. Katie greeted everyone as they entered the business, made a great coffee and served everyone quickly and efficiently with a smile on her face. A credit to the operation.

Great Gas station. Always we stocked and great staff. I was amazed when I was served by Jasmine when I last visited on Friday the 12th she was handling the counter solo during a rush around 2pm and was doing amazing work. Super fast and nice to everyone. Amazing work!

Like buying any fuels nowadays, check pricing and location, to get the best bargains the prices vary so much from BP to different BP you just never know which franchise makes the most profit henceforth the higher or lower prices and quality of service.
