This is an awesome service station! The counter food here is incredibly fresh and the staff are well trained professional and polite. Seriously should be a model for other servos in WA!Best bay marie in a BP!

The most disorganized BP Servo i've been to. Wasn't really busy either 7am on a Thursday. Ordered a coffee & muffin combo for $6.95. Was told they don't have muffins whilst a bowl with 2 dozen was sitting next to the register? Isn't that muffins i asked? O yes the grumpy tenant said... what do you want?Then they forget what type of coffee was ordered.FREE ADVICE: a small mistake made by smiling, polite staff is instantly overlooked but the opposite happens when staff treats customers grumpy and unpleasant....

They need to listen properly - for the 3rd time now I have just got to work and find out that instead of the Soy flat white I ordered they have made it with dairy....I am lactose intolerant - so now have to tip yet another coffee down the drain because they didn't listen properly when I placed this order - have only had this problem with the female staff.Shame because they make nice coffee and food is good - but not going to keep spending $5.50 on coffee I have to throw away and then I have to pay to get a coffee delivered from somewhere else as am not allowed to leave office.....so the 3 wrong coffees from there have ended up costing me over $35 in total :/

I ordered a coffee here yeaterd and it was fantastic possibly the best coffee experience I’ve had this side of the Burdekin, the blonde girl behind the counter did a fantastic job and should be managing the place on my opinion such attention to detail is essential in this line of work ! I’ll definitely be recommending to all my mates

Due to very poor tuning done on my car and requiring high quality 98 fuel, this BP service station is far by the most consistent within the area. During retuning of the vehicle the 98 fuel from this service station was tested with no contamination.

I usually pop by morning eg 12 30am to get bacon egg sandwich. They have changed staff. I'm here as we speak and an Asian girl with glasses has an attitude. She didn't want to heat up the bacon egg sandwich..and when it was done she didn't even cut it in half. She said **if you don't like it I'll refund you **. She needs training and learn customer service skills ! She's rude and incompetent at her job! Management please give her training ! It's now 12.44am Sunday.

U get charged an additional fee for using a credit card for purchases, therefore i dont use this servo anymore, cant comment on the food. I dont buy food from servos
