I’ve always wanted to write a review. I knew it was bad but didn’t realise the rating was so bad for this outlet.How come the toilets at this place is either “out of order” or is “under maintenance”.I buy fuel and to use the basic amenities but nope.I’ve been there for close to 10 times now and I’m pretty sure the staff there put those signs out even if the toilets are serviceable.After reading others comments here, I’m convinced.

The staff member at BP was harassing its stuff member in asking her to overstay while she finished her shift.He also refused to make us drinks.

Had a horrible experience with the older blonde haired lady who makes coffees. In fact I had several not very nice experiences. A shame because now I have to find somewhere else to get coffee and petrol.

The new refurbished station is great. Staff are rude with no customer service skills. 3 staff members just stood talking to each other no manners. Need more training or JUST sack them.

It is 10 pm and customers cannot even go in to see the products they want to buy in plus no access to the toilets . Ridiculous! I would understand if I was drunk, intoxicated or aggressive, but to stop decent drivers to access the toilets is very unaustralian !

The food options are good and the staff where very helpful, I would say it's the best service I've had at a petrol station. If I could, I would give six stars!

The staff here are so helpful and kind . Very busy store but they do so well to make sure everyone gets served quickly. Coffee was great , and great selection on healthy food optionsWell done
