Went to pickup consignment from Bp Langford (DHL) , Rude lady on the customer service , told me that consignment hasn’t arrived yet without even asking me the consignment number or looking into my ID.Eventually came up with my consignment and said to me don’t talk on the phone , also start writing my number plates down for no reason.Also she told me she could teach me a lesson for how I don’t use my phone ?

Staff member was unbelievably rude, they have a sign stating pre-paid fuel at 6:30pm which is perfectly fine but I tried getting fuel at 6:15, I would have been happy to pre pay if the time was as stipulated on the sign but passive aggressively pointing to the sign like I'm incompetent reflects poorly on the business.

Bad customer service and long waiting for payments and so much rude behaviour with customer by staff

Very impolite attitude for the Indian man who serve me also this bp can not collect bp rewards

Whoever the old lady at the counter is, she needs to be spoken to by the management. Read the reviews about her, I'm surprised she still there. Went to collect a parcel after receiving three notifications from Toll. Walked in and asked politely if my package was dropped off there. Without even asking my name, she goes 'It's not here, come back on Monday' I was surprised as I received the notification texts on Friday morning. Went outside and called Toll, they confirmed that the same lady 'Helen' received and signed the parcel on Friday Morning. I went back and asked her again. She replied 'I've been working here and I know what I am doing' I asked her how did she know my parcel wasn't even there without even asking my name or looking at my ID. She then replied 'I'm not your wife, you can't ask me to look up things for you' I felt racially discriminated as being an ethnic, does she think we order our wives for things? Anyways, my response to her was lady first of all I'm not married, secondly I'm not sure who would want to marry you lol. Called BP customer care, raised a complaint just to get a response saying it's independently owned and the manager would be informed. I'm a business customer with BP Rewards and have all my vehicles fill up at BP. Looks like they don't want loyal customers

Good prices, but it's another fake BP, you can't use BP Rewards here

Went to collect a parcel there at 5:30pm today. The gentleman working at the time absolutely made my day. Thank you for the plesant interaction. Hope you get a raise.

I don’t know if the management for this petrol station has changed? It used to be a fine place.Today 27/10/22 at 7.00pm i encountered one if the worst worker ever, very rude and does not know how to communicate properly, shouting in microphone to pay during day light and there was no sign where it states to pre pay at specific time, i would understand if it was night time or if management placed a sign. Un professional, un trained people that provide poor service to the community should not be allowed to work in Perth. I didn’t fuel my car, Not worth doing business and spending money in this place anymore as it doesn't provide proper customer service, there are plenty of other stations around that has excellent respected staff.

What is wrong with the old lady with short hair at the counter.Far out. I asked to use the toilet for my 6yr daughter and she said NO. then again i said its for my 6yr kid not me. She said GET OUT!Serious issues. Worst employee. Feel sorry for management.Looks like im not the only one that complained here about her too
