Empty shelves..... Went there to buy some masters ice coffee and i found 90 percent fridge is empty and couldn't even find any alternative product.... Teach your team members to say at least hello while serving.

Asked the chap manning the counter (Jeel) whether the car wash is working. He said yes. I paid $25.Drove to the lane to the car wash only to find it blocked by traffic cones. I had to maneuver all over around the small pump forecourt and wait minutes before I could find a car park spot again!Walked up to the counter again and explained to the other chap (Surya). I asked for a refund. He actually asked me to go to the back of the queue to queue up for the refund!!And I noticed from my refund print out that he entered Changed Mind" as the reason for the refund!!!I don't mind the mistake. Everybody makes mistakes but to ask me to queue up all over again for a refund is a bit much. And saying that I changed my mind instead of acknowledging inadequate maintenance ...There are 3 other fuel stations minutes away:- 337 Cambridge St Wembley- 6 Jersey St Corner Hay St Jolimont- Floreat Forum SC car park entrance from The Blvd"

Air pump nozzle never working, messy vacuuming area, the overworked one staff member rightly doesn't care about their job and always try to upsell and not clear what vehicles can and can't go through the car wash, that is if it is even running. 0 points.

Worstest regard to uber drivers.I drove 2 km to pick up an uber eats order from that store. When I show the order, the guy at the counter said he was busy. When I asked him what did he mean, he said he won't prepare the items for the order for me to deliver. I asked him, why did he accept the uber order if he was too busy to do his work, only because he accepted the order, uber assigned the delivery to me. He said again he won't do it and asked me to cancel the order. Eventually I had to cancel the order and I just lost my time and the order just because of that guy. Not sure of his name. But if the owner is seeing this review, this happened on 14th may between 5pm and 5.15pm. You can find out who was working there from this. Hopefully you will take necessary action. And if not taken this review seriously, I urge everyone seeing this review to just boycott this fuel station and find the nearest ones. Now that I have gone through some of their reviews i understand this is not the first time they are being rude to customers.

The young man here on 21/11/21 was very kind. I ordered a long black and we spoke about how long my day was and he offered an extra shot for free. Was a very nice gesture.

Very bad... their night staff tell you the coffee machine is in cleaning process at night time... fact is they don't want to make a coffee cup for you..

I was stuck halfway-through in the car wash.Plus, the Air service (tyres) was not working.When a car is stuck in the carwash, someone should walk around to the front, and wave/signal to the driver - so that they know that 'something' is being done about it!When a worker is trying to fix things behind the car, the driver is unaware that anything is happening and is just left to panic.Some people are claustrophobic. Over 20 minutes stuck in a car wash is a health hazard. I was dripping with sweat.The cashier was not bothered" in the slightest when told of the danger."

Astounded by the rude and unhelpful male staff member Jeet. With no other customers in the store at all, he refused to serve me for over 5 minutes while he restocked the coffee machine and fiddled about. Another staff member stood at the cafe area eating clearly on break which is fine. A third staff member emerged and still no service. Ok. Sure, I can be patient but then when finally served I am greeted with massive attitude. I was trying to purchase a car wash voucher and told I can’t purchase the car wash voucher unless I move my car to a specific bay visible to the staff. Again, that’s no problem if that’s BP’s policy but how about serving paying customers with some basic common decency rather than as an inconvenience. Do your job Jeet.
